24-Hour Care

At European Home, we provide complete and personal care. With only 6 residents per home, we are able to cater to each individual. No one gets "lost in the crowd". We hire only qualified personnel who take a sincere interest in each resident. We train every employee to meet our high standards. Our staff learns each resident's preferences, limitations, requirements, etc.

We strive to fulfill mental health needs as well as physical needs. We provide complete hygiene and grooming care, including assistance with bathing and dressing, manicures, pedicures, hairstyling and laundry. We monitor medication, weight and blood pressure. We provide transportation to most doctors, the beauty salon, outings, etc.

Residents have the added assurance of safety and security with staff available to them 24 hours a day.

We are licensed for both ambulatory and non ambulatory residents. We have residents that range from alert to mild Alzheimer's, from fit to wheelchair bound. We accept seniors who need walkers or have incontinency problems or dementia - as well as seniors who don't wish to live alone, who are frail or who simply need or want more personalized care and attention. A pre- placement assessment is made by our Director, and each resident is placed in the home environment where they will best thrive. All services, food and activities are included in one monthly fee except for such items as hair cuts, dry cleaning, and special excursions. Fees are set at the pre placement assessment.
